CCTC events, including our monthly First Friday speaker series, monthly Coffee Q&A conversations with local tech leaders, quarterly evening meetings, other events, and periodic socials are available for sponsorship.
A CCTC member can sponsor a First Friday or Coffee Q&A event for $250 while non-member sponsorships are $300.
Sponsors receive the following opportunities to reach a dynamic audience in one sitting and many online repetitions:
- Logo & thank you in our event website listing and weekly email newsletter distribution
- One complimentary ticket to the event (for events with a fee – anyone is welcome to join free events)
- Mention on CCTC’s social media posts and in event press releases
- Virtual Events
- Inclusion of your logo on backdrop screen of host and moderator
- Logo and thank you in the post-event email to attendees, you may also include digital collateral materials
- Live Events
- A banner (supplied by sponsor) at the front of the room where the event is held, prominent throughout the meeting and in photographs and news reports
- A table, to be staffed by the sponsor, with literature, samples, demos, etc. to introduce your organization and its work to members and other attendee
