Think Like Edison! A Five-Step Strategy for Creating Value “Above and Beyond”
Edison was a master at using analytical and intuitive tools to create and deliver new customer value in the marketplace. Analysis of his work reveals an intentional five-step process for linking trends to his company’s core strengths. In the process of giving this strategy a workout, exciting new levels of discovery about “smarter entrepreneurship” will emerge! This experiential workshop builds on Nina’s introduction to this strategy (which received outstanding reviews) at the May SmarterCape Summit.
