Notice of Nominations of Officers and Directors
In accordance with Article VII, Section 2 of the By-Laws of the Cape Cod Technology Council, Inc. (“the Council”), a Nominating Committee was duly appointed and has presented a slate of nominees to the Council’s Board of Directors and a slate of nominees for the Council’s Officers. Additional nominations to the Board of Directors may be made by members in good standing from the floor at the annual meeting. The annual meeting of the Council has been set by the Board of Directors for Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Alberto’s Ristorante, 360 Main Street, Hyannis, Massachusetts.
The following members of the Council have agreed to serve as members of the Board of Directors for a three-year term expiring in 2027:
- Walter Sebastian, LPS Associates, LLP
- Albert Soule, Consultant to Huntington Ingalls
- Aparna Sachidanand, Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority
- Rob Bateman, Open Cape
- Eugene R. Curry, Law Office of Eugene R. Curry.
The following members of the Board of Directors of the Council has agreed to renew their terms as a member of the Board of Directors for a three-year term expiring in 2027:
- Matt Burke, Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank
- Maggie Downey, Cape Cod Light Compact
- Dale Shadbegian, Cape & Plymouth Business Media
The following members of the Board of Directors of the Council have agreed to serve as Officers with terms to expire in 2024:
