Pursuant to Article XIII of the By-Laws of the Cape Cod Technology Council, Inc. (“the Council”), proposed amendments to the By-Laws of the Council will be presented for approval by the members at the annual meeting. The annual meeting of the Council has been set by the Board of Directors for Thursday April 25, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
