In accordance with Article VII, Section 2 of the By-Laws of the Cape Cod Technology Council, Inc. (“the Council”), a Nominating Committee was duly appointed and has presented a slate of nominees to the Council’s Board of Directors and a slate of nominees for the Council’s Officers. Additional nominations to the Board of Directors may be made by members in good standing from the floor at the annual meeting. The annual meeting of the Council has been set by the Board of Directors for Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 7PM at Cape Cod Beer in Hyannis.
The following members of the Council have agreed to serve as members of the Board of Directors for a three-year term expiring in 2025:

- Alison Caron, Alison Caron Design Marketing
- Heather Doyle, Cape Cod Ocean Community
- Stephen Smith, Open Cape
- Gene Sorbo, Strong Tower Solutions
The following Directors(s) of the Council have agreed to renew their terms as members of the Board of Directors for a three-year term expiring in 2025:
- Richard Riker, Oyster River Partners
The following Director(s) of the Council have agreed to renew their terms as members of the Board of Directors for a one-year term expiring in 2023:
- George Vaughn, Vaughn & Associates*
The following members of the Council have agreed to serve as Officers with terms to expire in 2023:
- Robbin Orbison, CapeSpace – President
- Dale Shadbegian, Cape & Plymouth Business Media – Vice President
- George Vaughn, Vaughn & Associates – Treasurer
- Heather Doyle, Cape Cod Ocean Community – Clerk
*The Bylaws [Section 2] provide that no Board member shall serve more than three consecutive three-year terms. The Bylaws also provide that the Board may way this requirement. The board has voted to waive this requirement for George Vaughn.
