Technology Support Specialist: Latham Centers, Inc.

Latham Centers, a non-profit human services agency serving children and adults with complex special needs, is hiring a Technology Support Specialist.

The Specialist will assist with the implementation of applications, resolve application/software issues, provide ongoing documentation and training, and assist with hardware issues as needed. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Application Development, or related field preferred, or any combination of training, education, and experience that provides similar knowledge, abilities, and skills.

The ideal candidate will have IT/IS client services and technical security experience, and the ability to effectively manage multiple short-term and long-term projects.

40 hours per week. (Monday – Friday, 9-5 or 8-4, with occasional evening/weekend support needs). This is an in-person position at Latham Centers’ Yarmouth Port and Brewster locations.
