Come join Agile Trainer/Coach/Consultant and Certified Scrum Master Gene Sorbo for a hands-on Agile and Scrum deeper dive workshop, where we will discover the values and principles of Agile, the project delivery roles, ceremonies, and best practices of the Scrum framework, and how to practically apply all to become truly Agile and accomplish twice as much work in half the time (and have some fun along the way)! Learn why Agile has emerged as the defacto standard for delivering complex projects of all kinds in industries of all kinds. Gene is an Agile Trainer/Coach/Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, and Professional ICF Leadership Coach, with 35 years of combined Software Engineering, Small Business, and Non-Profit leadership experience. Gene effectively combines professional Coaching with a deep and broad understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices to train and build up high performing Agile leaders and teams. Gene’s “secret sauce” is his ability to work with all kinds of organizations, people, and teams to help them be more productive and enjoy working together. A servant leader, Gene is currently President of the Quisset Village Homeowners Association, and Board Secretary for the Faith A/G Hyannis Executive Leadership Team. Gene is also a Past President of the International Coaching Federation of New England.
