January First Friday - Eve Zuckoff
CapeSpace logo

Thanks to our event sponsor, CapeSpace!

WCAI’s Eve Zuckoff offers a reporter’s perspective on climate change as it affects Cape Cod, including what the facts are, how she covers it, and how language and culture around climate change can either create more problems or offer a way forward. Plus, she’ll offer some of the most effective ways Cape businesses can get involved in climate change solutions.

This presentation is well-suited for Cape Cod leaders interested in how the community-at-large is developing a climate change consciousness, and leaders who are interested in talking about how they can get involved with climate change solutions.

Eve Zuckoff is a Report for America corps member, covering climate change for WCAI, the local NPR member station for the Cape, Islands and South Coast of Massachusetts.

Her beat centers around not only around the challenges climate change poses to Cape Cod communities, but on the solutions and innovations that individuals and organizations seek to implement.

Zuckoff came to WCAI from WBUR, where she worked on Radio Boston, a daily news magazine program and “Last Seen,” an investigative podcast that looked into the 1990 Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum heist.

She graduated from Boston University summa cum laude with a degree in journalism.
