Gene is an Agile Enthusiast, Certified Scrum Master, and Professional ICF Leadership Coach, with 30 years of combined Human Resources, Software Engineering, and Non-Profit leadership experience. Gene effectively combines professional Coaching with a deep and broad understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices to train and build up high performing Agile leaders and teams. Gene’s “secret sauce” is his ability to work with all kinds of organizations, people, and teams to help them be more productive and enjoy working together. A servant leader, Gene most recently served as President of the International Coaching Federation of New England, an ICF charter chapter comprised of 600 professional coaches throughout New England. Gene makes his home in Centerville with his wife Nancy and son Joshua.
