Strategic Planning and Nonprofit Leadership Training Program

Note: The session held on November 7 will be 8:30am–3:00pm.

Strategic planning is essential for the effective leadership and management of nonprofit organizations, particularly here on Cape Cod in our unique environment. This course will explore the key aspects of conducting an in-depth SWOT analysis (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats). The course will also provide an opportunity for participants to learn how to build and sustain a high performance organization through strategic planning. Participants will learn a practical model for conducting successful strategic planning and will participate with our expert faculty through and on-site consultation.
