SCORE: Contractual Rights and Remedies Webinar

All businesses have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic.  The SCORE Cape Cod and Islands Chapter is hosting an important webinar on Friday, April 24, at 10:00 am to address one aspect of these effects. Gene Curry, an attorney based here on Cape Cod and Cape Cod Technology Council General Counsel, will discuss rights and responsibilities that may arise under contracts as a result of the pandemic. The discussion will include possible rights and remedies in the face of difficulties in fulfilling contractual obligations, as well as insurance and employment issues and the impact of potential legislative intervention.
