Social media has been important in maintaining connections over the last few months. For business, it is an essential way of staying connected with your current customers while building new relationships with future customers.

As a business owner, there is a question about what to post and how to post it. For those still doing business, it is critical to get the word out there, but how do you do that without looking opportunistic?

The answer is adding value. In this session, we’ll discuss tactics you can use to add value to your community while still letting them know you are open for business. You’ll hear about best practices other companies are using during this time, and also some examples of missteps. Most importantly you’ll have the opportunity to brainstorm with others on tactics you can use for your business starting right away.
