The Cape Cod Technology Council is pleased to present a morning summit on how indoor air quality impacts health, specifically transmission of the COVID-19 virus, as well as other health issues. This is a critical topic as businesses work to make their indoor spaces safe for staff and customers, and for homeowners who want to decrease possibility of transmission.
Our featured speaker is Dr. Stephanie Taylor, she is the CEO of Taylor Healthcare Commissioning, Inc. After working as a physician for many decades, Dr. Taylor obtained a Masters in Architecture as well as Infection Control certification. She is a global expert on air quality in the built environment.
In addition, Scott Ellis from CCTC member Onset Computers will discuss the tools available for monitoring Indoor Air Quality from handhelds meters to data loggers and discuss the benefits of using these tools.
Scott has assisted Onset customers with their data logger applications for 24 years. The past 12 years were spent in product management working directly with users and engineers to help define the requirements for our new products. The primary markets of focus are Environmental Monitoring & Building Performance Monitoring. He is heavily involved in Onset’s latest Bluetooth Low Energy data loggers and the HOBOnet Remote Wireless Sensor Network.
