Cape2O Launches July 29th

The Cape Cod Commission was directed to update the regional water quality plan for all of Cape Cod. As part of an intensive outreach effort, the Commission partnered with Emerson College’s Engagement Game Lab to create two on-line games.

It’s a way to reach, educate and
hear from a broader part of the Cape
community often missed during conventional meet-and- greet planning processes.

What to know about the games:

• Players are challenged to complete three missions over three weeks.
• Opinions, observations, attitudes and comments generated will provide insights for the water quality plan.
• Points earned in the game can be pledged to support actual causes across the Cape. We’ve partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of Cape Cod, Cape Abilities and Cape Cod Volunteers, and other causes can be added as the game is played.
• Cause winners will be awarded cash prizes.
