The Cape Cod Technology Council’s final First Friday of 2023 will explore how Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) will reshape day-to-day business on Cape Cod while bringing high speed broadband to underserved areas.

With multiple providers offering FWA, the Verizon Business Group will join the Tech Council to help attendees better understand this new wireless landscape and the positive benefits it will have in our region.

Verizon Sr. Business Account Manager William McGrath and his team will dive into the innovations and potential surrounding FWA. Their presentation will explain exactly what a private cellular network is and spell out the difference between 4G LTE and 5G FWA and why it matters to everyday consumers.
